Delete your Delixio account

Delixio lets you permanently delete your account and personal data from within the app.

How to delete your account (in the app)

1. Open Delixio and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (bottom navigation).
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Read the confirmation message and tap Delete account again to confirm.

Your account is removed immediately and you are signed out.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data that is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data stored in our systems, including:

• Profile (name, email, username, diet preferences, disliked ingredients)
• Saved recipes, notes, ratings, and recipe lists
• Grocery list items
• Meal planner entries
• My Kitchen ingredients
• Notification preferences
• Recipe generation history and usage statistics linked to your account
• In-app credit balance and purchase grant records tied to your user ID

Data that may be retained

Payment processors

Google Play / Apple App Store and RevenueCat may retain purchase records as required for tax, fraud prevention, and refund handling, according to their own policies. These records are no longer linked to an active Delixio account after deletion.

Backups

Residual copies in encrypted server backups may persist for a limited period (e.g. up to 30–90 days) before automatic purge, per our hosting provider’s standard retention.

Legal obligations

We may retain minimal information where required by law.

Cannot access the app?

If you cannot sign in, email support@delixioapp.com from the email address used for your Delixio account and request account deletion. We will verify ownership and process the request within 30 days.
