Delixio Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Delixio.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Delixio mobile application and related services operated by ACCESS24 Sarl-s.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Delixio.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

User Accounts

Users may create an account using:

Email One-Time Password (OTP)
Google Sign-In
Apple Sign-In

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and ensuring that your account information remains accurate.

Service Description

Delixio uses artificial intelligence to generate recipe suggestions based on ingredients and preferences provided by users.

Recipe suggestions are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, safe, or suitable for every dietary requirement.

Users are responsible for reviewing recipes, ingredients, cooking instructions, and allergen information before preparing any meal.

Credits and Purchases

Delixio offers consumable recipe credits.

Credits may be obtained through:

Free promotional credits
In-app purchases

Available packages may include:

6 Credits
24 Credits
60 Credits

All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Purchased credits:

Have no monetary value
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Are non-transferable
Are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or store policies

Intellectual Property

The Delixio application, branding, logo, design, and related content are owned by ACCESS24 Sarl-s and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful purposes
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
Reverse engineer the application
Abuse, exploit, or attempt to circumvent credit limitations
Use automated tools to access the service without authorization

Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability.

Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.

Disclaimer

Delixio provides recipe suggestions for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

Nutritional accuracy
Allergen safety
Dietary suitability
Ingredient availability
Cooking results

Users remain fully responsible for food preparation and consumption decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACCESS24 Sarl-s shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Delixio.

Account Deletion

Users may delete their account directly within the application.

Alternatively, deletion requests may be sent to support@delixioapp.com.

Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of Delixio after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Luxembourg.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
